空鼻综合征患者生存质量与影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查空鼻综合征（ENS）患者的生存质量状况，并分析ENS患者生存质量的影响因素。方法采取随机抽样的方法对我院门诊或住院部治疗的114例ENS患者进行调查，调查工具包括一般状况人口学问卷和简明健康状况调查表。结果ENS患者的躯体健康相关生存质量（PCS）得分为（238．24±46．72）分，心理健康相关生存质量（MCS）得分为（264．32±49．37）分，SF-36量表各维度的评分均明显低于常模；多因素回归分析显示：性别、年龄、病程、工作状况是PCS评分的影响因素，t值分别为-4．742、3．899、3．516和4．046，P均〈0．01。性别、年龄、病程、工作状况是MCS评分的影响因素，t值分别为-3．892、3．652、3．516、-3．439和4．036，P均〈0．01。结论ENS患者的生存质量明显低于正常人群，性别、年龄、病程、工作状况是影响患者躯体健康相关生存质量的因素；性别、年龄、病程、文化程度、工作状况是影响心理健康相关生存质量的因素。Objective The study aimed to investigate the quality of life in patients with empty nose syndrome （ENS） and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional Survey was per- formed in 114 patients with ENS accepting outpatient or inpatient treatment in our hospital; general con- dition questionnaire regarding demographic data and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF-36） were used in the survey. Results The physical mental component scale （PCS） scored （238.24 ± 46.72）, while their mental component scale （MCS） scored （264.32 ± 49.37）[ Each dimension of Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaires （SF-36） had higher score than that of normal control. Multi-factor regression analysis showed that PCS of patients with ENS was associated with gender, age, duration of disease and working situation （t values were -4.742, 3.899, 3.516 and 4.046,P〈 0.01）, while their MCS was associated with gender, age, duration of disease, degree of education and working situation （t values were -3.892, 3.652, 3.516, -3.439 and 4.036,P〈 0.01）. Conclusions Quality of life in patients with ENS was significantly lower than that of normal people; gender, age, duration of disease and working situation were involved in their PCS, while gender, age, duration of disease, education degree and working situation were involved in their MCS.
