糖尿病患者实施社区综合护理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者实施社区综合护理干预后的效果。方法选取50例糖尿病老年患者进行1年社区综合护理干预，成立慢性病防治干预小组及自我管理小组，进行膳食干预、运动干预、控制体质量、血糖自我监测、缓解心理压力等方面的干预，比较干预前后血糖等指标的控制情况。结果实施社区综合护理干预后，患者的血脂、血糖、血压、体质指数明显下降，与干预前相比差异具有统计学意义（t值分别为0．908、0．410、0．922、0．759、0．746和0．872），干预后上述指标的达标率显著高于干预前，差异具有统计学意义（x^2值分别为53．846、13．071、11．947、12．536和6．986）。结论对糖尿病患者实施社区综合护理干预，能够有效控制血糖水平，辅助提高药物治疗效果，值得借鉴推广。Objective To investigate the effect of implementing community comprehensive nurs- ing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 50 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were chosen to conduct one-year community comprehensive nursing intervention. The prevention and control group for chronic disease as well as self-management group were set up, nursing interven- tion such as dietary intervention, exercise intervention, weight control, self-testing of blood glucose, stress relief, etc. were conducted. The effect such as blood glucose control etc. was compared before and after intervention. Results After conducting community comprehensive nursing intervention, the patients＇ body mass index, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure decreased obviously, the difference between prior and after had statistical significance （t=0.908, 0.410, 0.922, 0.759, 0.746 and 0.872）. The ratio of patients reaching the standard of the above items were all elevated after intervention （x^2=53.846, 13.071, 11.947, 12.536 and 6.986）. Conclusions Community comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetes mellitus can control blood glucose effectively and assist to increase the medication treatment effect, which was worthy of application.
