Application of quality control circle on shortening waiting time of CT Examination

摘  要:目的评价品管圈在缩短非急诊患者cT检查等候时间中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动,运用质量管理工具改进CT检查护理中存在的问题,用独立样本t检验比较改进前后患者进行cT检查的平均等候时间。结果实施品管圈活动后非急诊患者CT平扫等候时间由活动前的(75.7±12.4)min降低为(48.6±10.7)min,CT增强扫描等候时间由活动前的(107.1±19.9)min降低为(75.1±11.5)min,前后比较差异均有统计学意义t值分别为16.66和11.32。活动后CT平扫及增强扫描患者的平均等候时间改善幅度分别为35.8%和29.9%,达标率分别为106.0%和102.9%。结论运用品管圈对CT检查前准备进行管理,显著缩短了非急诊患者检查前等候时间,还提高了影像科护理人员的工作热情。Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) on nursing of CT exami- nation in non-emergency patients. Methods A quality control circle was founded to improve the nursing of CT examination and solve the problem in the nursing of CT examination, t test was used to compare the mean waiting time between before and after application of quality control circle. Results After application of quality control circle, the mean waiting time for patients with non-enhanced CT examination was signifi- cantly shortened from (75.7±12.4) rain to (48.6±10.7) rain, the mean waiting time for patients with enhanced CT examination was significantly shortened from (107.1±19.9) min to (75.1±11.5) min, t values were 16.66 and 11.32. The improvement ranges of patients with non- enhanced CT and enhanced CT after application of quality control circle were 35.8% and 29.9%, respectively, and the control rates were 106.0% and 102.9%, respectively. Conclusions The application of quality control circle can be used to shorten the waiting time before CT examination and improve the efficiency of nursing.
