摘　　要：在高等教育大众化的背景下,大学生就业难的问题尤显突出。我国应当借鉴美国、德国、日本等发达国家的做法,构建新型的高校毕业生就业服务体系。体系包含除了高校之外,还有政府、企业和中介机构。在这个体系中,各方主体通过信息和资源共享,开展合作与沟通,搭建多方联动、沟通互动的就业服务体系。In the context of popularization of higher education, the employment problem of college students is particularly prominent.In a study of College Students＇ employment service in the developed countries American, Germany, Japan, China should learn fromthe practice of developed countries,the construction of new university graduates employment service system. The system containsin addition to university, and the government, enterprises and intermediary agencies. In this system, the main parties through thesharing of information and resources, cooperation and communication, build multi-party interaction, communication and InteractiveEmployment Service system.
