摘　　要：八旗制度是了解清朝国家结构与特点的关键所在。本文通过探讨八旗的扩展和多样性,以及入关后东北地区八旗设置的背景和目的等问题,对八旗制度的整体状况和特性进行进一步分析。The system of Eight Banners is key to understanding the structure and characteristics of the Qing Empire. In this paper, by studying the expansion and diversity of Eight Banners, as well as the background and purpose of setting up the Eight Banners in the Northeast China after their conquering the Central Plain, we further analyze the whole situation and the characteristics of Eight Banners.
