摘　　要：经济体制的质量和效益不仅取决于效率,而且也取决于工人民主参与的生产劳动制度。为了实现我国建设社会主义和谐社会的蓝图,需要协同创新劳动过程的民主参与制度。它既能培育工人劳动者对企业、社会和国家的认同感,也能化解劳动者在劳动过程中所产生的厌倦或报复社会的心理倾向。因此,推进劳动过程的民主参与制度创新是社会发展的趋势。The quality and benefits of an economic system depends not only on production efficiency but also on the democratic participation of workers in labor process. In order to realize the blueprint of constructing a harmonious socialist society in our country, such a collaborative and innovative democratic system of partici?pation is needed. It can help workers to identify with the enterprise, society and nation, and dissolve the bore?dom or the tendency to revenge on the society. Therefore, to set up and innovate the democratic system of partic?ipation is the direction of social development.
