摘 要:白光发光二极管(LED)温度敏感光学参数是结温测量的重要手段,本文对不同环境温度和驱动电流条件下LED温度敏感光学参数包括:峰值波长、蓝白功率比和光通量法与正向电压结温测量法的测量精度进行了对比实验研究。实验结果表明:在环境温度恒定为30℃、驱动电流改变范围在100m A-700m A的工作条件下,峰值波长法和蓝白比法与结温有良好的相关性,对比误差小于3.9%,而光通量法对比误差最大为6.3%;在电流恒定为700m A、环境温度在25℃-75℃之间变化的工作条件下,峰值波长法、光通量法及蓝白功率比法中的光学参数与结温都具有良好的线性关系,整体对比误差小于3.25%。Temperature sensitive optical parameters of white light emitting diode (LED) are important for measuring the junction temperature. In this paper, we conducted a comparative experimental study on the measuring accuracy of temperature sensitive optical parameters of LED, which Included: the Peak-Wavelength, the Luminous-Flux, and the Ratio R=B/W in different environment temperature and driving current conditions. The results showed that, 1)Under the condition of a constant ambient temperature of 30℃ and drive current 100-700mA, the Peak-Wavelength method and ratio R=B/W method both had a high accuracy in measuring LED junction temperature, with the comparative error less than 3.9%; while the Luminous-Flux-method is 6.3% ; 2) Under the condition of a constant drive current 700mA, with the ambient temperature changed from25 to 75℃, the optical parameters measured by all these three methods have good linear relationship with the LED junction temperature, the comparative error is less than 3.25%.
