摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,拉开了依法治国的新的历史序幕,具有重大的理论价值和实践意义。从伦理视角来看,《决定》中蕴含着丰富的以民为本、公平正义、权威尊严、辅以德治的法治人文精神和伦理性品质,则更加强化了建设法治中国巨大的可能性和现实性。The eighteen party 4 in plenary meeting examined and adopted the decision of the CPC Central Committee on the comprehensive promotion of several major issues of the rule of law,rule of law has opened new historical prologue,has great theoretical value and practical significance. From the ethical perspective,decision contains a wealth of people-oriented,fairness and justice,dignity,supplemented by virtue of the authority ofhumanistic spirit of the rule of law and ethical quality,further strengthen the construction of the rule of law Chinahuge possibility and reality.
