“2011计划”引导大学校企协同人才培养机制分析

摘　　要：根据"2011计划"协同创新要求,提出"校企协同"人才培养,并探讨其实现机制:对于动力机制,各协同体知识特色是协同体组建动力。对于选择机制,认为协同体选择应该是先验的,应该组建"大学里的企业"和"企业里的大学"。对于风险机制,认为协同各方有义务开辟专门的校企人才培养领域、并建立完善的风险共担机制。对于管理机制,认为需要建立人才培养的校企协同组织,充分放开校企各方知识交流的通道,重新界定人才培养考核体系,建立具备持续供给能力的人才资助体系。the concept of＂university-enterprise collaboration talents education＂is constructed under the guidance of ＂2011 plan＂. Some of its mechanisms are also discussed in this paper： as for the dynamic mechanism,the knowledge features are the dynamics for collaboration formation; as for the selection mechanism,this paper thinks the selection should be proactive,and the status＂enterprise in university＂and＂university in enterprise＂should be formed; as for risk mechanism,this paper thinks the parties of collaboration should explore specific university-enterprise talents education sites,and should form complete risk-taking mechanism; as for management mechanism,this paper concludes the parties should construction specific talents organization,open the knowledge communication channels among all parties,reset talents assessment system,and construct sustainable subsidiaries for talents education.
