四种旋毛虫肌幼虫囊包染色方法的比较探讨

摘　　要：目的比较4种染色方法制作旋毛虫肌幼虫囊包标本的效果。方法 1醋酸卡红(含铁)染色液染色:染色1.5h,不分色;2固绿染色液染色:染色4s,不分色;3醋酸明矾卡红色液染色:染色30h,分色;4乙醇硼砂卡红染色液染色:染色22h,不分色。结果醋酸明矾卡红染色制作的标本囊包轮廓清晰,梭形显著,与周围组织分界明显,囊壁内、外层空隙明显,囊内幼虫清晰。结论醋酸明矾卡红染色制作的标本,染色效果好,易于观察。Objective A comparative staining effect of four staining methods for specimen of Trichinella spiralis encapsulated larvae.Methods 1）The specimen were stained with Acetate-carmine staining solution for 24 h,and without fading.2）The specimen were stained with fast green staining solution for 4s,and without fading.3）The specimen were stained with acetate alum carmine staining solution for 30 h,and faded.4）The specimen were stained with alcohol borax carmine staining solution for 22 h,and without fading.Results The results showed that with the acetate alum carmine staining method,specimen had clearly defined capsule edges.It was prominence that third dimension structures of capsulate.The results also showed that the larva,cyst internal layer,cyst external layer and muscle cells were distinguished clearly.Conclusion Capsule showed obvious figure that specimen of acetate alum carmine staining method.
