摘　　要：骨髓基质干细胞移植(BMSCs)治疗骨不连是现研究的热点之一,随着对BMSCs功能及调控因子的深入研究,同时结合组织工程和基因工程技术,开创了骨不连治疗的新方向,并在临床及动物实验中取得了一定成果。我们就BMSCs移植治疗骨不连的现有研究做简要综述。Bone marrow stromal cell transplantation is one of the research hotspots of treatment of nounion.With the far study of the function and regulatory factors of BMSCs,and the helping of tissue engineering and gene engineering technology,stromal cell transplantation create a new era for the treatment of nonunion and has achieved some results in pre-clinical and clinical experiments.In this paper,we make a brief review on it.
