摘 要:合成染料广泛应用于纺织印染等行业,在工业处理时约有10%-15%的染料被直接排放到环境中。染料废水具有结构复杂,色度大,生物可降解性低等特征,处理困难。为达到无害化处理的目的,本文利用真菌处理染料废水,以含媒介黄1的模拟废水为研究对象,筛选出一株有较高脱色率的真菌,初步鉴定为曲霉,命名曲霉TS-A。通过单因素实验优化,确定TS-A在p H 6.0、C/N 30:4、温度35℃条件下脱色率可达91%,优化后TS-A脱色率提高近10%。利用红外色谱法分析模拟废水中染料变化情况,初步推测TS-A可破坏媒介黄1中发色基因,为工业应用提供了一种新的微生物来源。About 10%-15% of synthetic dyes were directly discharged into the environment,which were widely used in the processing of textile and leather industries.Dye wastewater is difficult to be treated due to complicated structure,low biodegradability and high chroma.In this work, the biodegradation of dye wastewater was adopted for harmless treatment.The target fungi,named Aspergillu TS-A,was screened out with the capability of mordant yellow degradation in imitated wastewater.The decolorization rate of mordant yellow was up to 91% under the optimum conditions,which were p H of 6,C/N ratio of 30∶4and temperature of 35 ℃,respectively. The decolorization rate was increased by 10% after optimization.Through the Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),chemical compounds in imitated wastewater were analyzed,and the mordant yellow degradation pathway of the strain was predicted,which offered one new microbe for the industrial application.
