摘　　要：研究了在随机需求环境下由一个制造商与一个零售商所组成的双渠道供应链系统,通过传统渠道和电子渠道建立能够协调双渠道供应链的批发价契约模型和收益共享契约模型,给出了实现双渠道供应链协调时,契约参数之间满足的关系表达式,最后通过数值算例验证了所设计契约的有效性。The dual-channel supply chain system consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer with stochastic demand was researched.The wholesale price contract model and the revenue sharing contract model for coordinating the dual-channel supply chain was established through traditional channels and electronic channels.The relational expression of the contract parameters was provided when the dual-channel supply chain coordination was achieved.Finally,numerical examples verified the effectiveness of the designed contract models.
