摘 要:针对目前工程项目决策中所采用的研究方法在实际评价应用过程中受随机因素影响较多,评价结果易受主观因素的影响,且结果具有片面性、主观性较强的问题。文章提出了基于加速算法(RAGA)优化的投影寻踪模型来构建工程项目决策模型的方法,该方法解决了决策模型中存在的一些问题。通过相关的实例进行对比分析,结果表明:该模型不仅克服了在实际应用中评价指标权重取值受人为影响的局限性,而且具有科学性、合理性及实用性,并能在实践中得到广泛应用,为该领域的相关研究提供一种新的思路和方法。According to the independence of multiple indexes in the project decision-making,a method based on the accelerating genetic algorithm is proposed for the project decision by using PPE Model.This method converted multidimensional index factors of the sample into low-dimensional integrated subspace,and the decision is made by the sample quality determined according to the projection function value. Compared with project examples,the project decision was made by using this method in this paper. Decision results were compared with the results of the fuzzy irrigation model and the traditional fuzzy decision. The compared results showed that this method had a high resolution,the theory of it was clear,and the calculation was simple. It had good maneuverability and flexibility,and could be widely used in project decision-making with multiple indicators.
