摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生科研创新能力系统性培养的方法及实践效果。方法通过科研创新意识熏陶与培养、科研创新基础知识传授与创新思维培养、科研创新能力的培养与实践三个阶段对2009、2010级290名护理本科生的科研创新能力进行系统性培养。结果系统性培养后,290名护理本科生中99.31%认为有必要开展科研创新能力的培养,97.24%表示愿意参加科研创新;64.48%参与了科研创新能力训练与培养的基础性活动;且学生参加课外学术科技作品申报项目逐年增高,获得科研创新奖项和发表论文数量逐年增加。结论该系统性培养方法可提高护理本科生科研创新的意识和能力。Objective To explore the effects of a systematic training of scientific research innovation ability for undergraduate nursing students.Methods A systematic training program including three stages of edification of research innovation culture,teaching of research fundamental knowledge and innovative thinking,and practice of scientific research innovation,was applied to train 290 undergraduate students nursing since 2009.Results After the systematic training,99.31 % of the students considered it necessary to participate in the training of scientific research innovation ability;97.24% were willing to participate in scientific research;64.48% of them joined in scientific innovation training or paper writing training.More students applied for extracurricular innovation projects each year,more awards were granted to them and more papers were published.Conclusion The systematic training program could improve scientific research innovation ability of undergraduate nursing students.
