摘 要:目的探讨PICC网络医疗管理平台在维吾尔族(维族)、汉族肿瘤化疗间歇期带管患者中的应用效果。方法对维族和汉族各69例PICC置管患者,均按照基于网络医疗平台的电话、短信、QQ群和PICC园地论坛等管理方式进行健康管理干预3个月,观察管理效果。结果干预3个月后,汉族患者导管堵塞、非计划拔管率显著低于维族患者,汉族患者导管管理能力总分显著高于维族患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 PICC网络医疗管理平台使PICC管理更加科学规范,但还要加强对维族患者PICC健康管理的针对性,以进一步提高其导管自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of an internet-based PICC management platform which was used to track Uighur and Han patients carrying a PICC line during the intermission of chemotherapy.Methods A total of 138 patients(Uighur 69,and Han 69)carrying a PICC line during the intermission of chemotherapy,were managed by using an internet-based PICC management platform to deliver such services as telephone follow-ups,text messages,and discussion in QQ group and PICC forum.The effect was evaluated after 3 months.Results After 3 months,the rates of tube blockage,and unplanned extubation,were lower in Han patients,than in Uighur ones;the total scores of PICC management test turned opposite in the 2 samples(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Though the usage of PICC management platform makes PICC management more scientific and standardized,further measures should be targeted to Uighur patients so as to improve their self-care ability of PICC lines.
