高校女生乳腺癌知信行及其影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解高校女生乳腺癌知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素。方法采用高校女生乳腺癌知识-态度-行为问卷对安徽省某高校623名女生进行问卷调查。结果高校女生乳腺癌知识得分为22.76±3.51;乳腺癌态度得分33.93±3.29,96.4%高校女生认为乳房自检是一件值得做的事;乳腺癌行为得分8.18±2.38,预防乳腺癌行为的执行率多数在50%以下水平。年级、母亲的职业、文化程度、家庭平均月收入是预测高校女生乳腺癌态度、知识、行为的主要因素。结论高校女生对乳腺癌知识知晓率相对较低,但对待乳腺癌自检的态度总体是积极的,乳腺癌预防行为的执行情况并不乐观。应针对影响因素,采取有效的措施对高校女生的乳腺癌知信行进行干预,提高其乳腺癌预防的能力。Objective To comprehend breast cancer knowledge,attitude and practice among female college students,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods A total of 623 female students from a college in Anhui province,were surveyed in terms of breast cancer knowledge,attitude and practice.Results Students scored 22.76±3.51 in breast cancer knowledge,33.93±3.29 in breast cancer attitude,and 8.18±2.38 in practice;50% and even less were compliant with preventive measures.Students′college years,mother′s occupation,educational le-vels,and family income had some relation with the levels of breast cancer knowledge,attitude and practice.Conclusion College students have relatively poor knowledge on breast cancer,but they have positive attitude towards breast self-examination,though they don′t take pretty much preventive measures.Measures should be taken to improve their ability of breast cancer prevention according to the influencing factors.
