摘 要:为了减少因绝缘子串外力破损给输电线路运行带来的严重影响,提高线路运行维护水平,提出了一种将差分法和曲线拟合法相结合的悬式绝缘子串外力破损检测方法。该方法以截取的视频流中绝缘子串的单帧图像为研究对象,通过Canny算子提取出绝缘子串的边缘,运用曲线拟合的方法将提取出的边缘拟合成标准的光滑曲线,将提取出的边缘曲线与拟合的标准曲线进行差分,通过差值来判断绝缘子是否处于完好状态。仿真结果表明,该方法较传统的基于背景差分法的绝缘子串破损检测法运行速度更快,并且能够准确地定位出绝缘子串的破损处。In order to reduce the impacts of insulator string externally-forced breakage on the transmission line operation,and improve the line operation maintenance,this paper proposes a damage detection technology for suspension insulator string by combining finite difference method with curve fitting method.This method captures the individual image from insulator string video stream as the research target,extracts the edge of the insulator string through Canny operator,fits the extracted edge into standard smooth curve using the curve fitting method,differentiates the extracted edge curve from the fitted standard curve,and uses the difference to determine whether the insulator is in good condition.The simulation results show that this damage detection method for suspension insulator string is faster and more accurate than the traditional method which is based on background subtraction.
