摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤患者疼痛体验及疼痛管理需求,为采取针对性疼痛管理措施提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法对11例住院烧伤患者进行半结构式访谈,资料分析采用Nvivo10.0软件。结果共析出4个主题:烧伤患者经历了剧烈的疼痛;烧伤疼痛管理的现状不容乐观;家属的支持和医护人员的鼓励对患者缓解疼痛很重要;患者期望更好的疼痛管理方法。结论烧伤患者身心经历了镇痛不完善的体验,应建立规范的烧伤疼痛管理模式,加强烧伤患者疼痛知识方面的健康教育,为烧伤患者提供方便、安全、有效的疼痛控制策略,从而缓解烧伤患者疼痛。Objective To provide targeted measures to ameliorate pain in burn patients by investigating their feelings of pain and expectations of pain management.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted on eleven patients chosen by purposive sampling method and data were analyzed using Nvivo10.0.Results Four themes were identified：patients experienced severe pain;pain management after burn injuries was not satisfactory;support from family and medical staffs played an important role in pain relief;and patients expected more effective pain control strategies.Conclusion Burn patients experience inadequate pain control.In order to relieve pain in these patients,nurses should establish a normative burn pain management model,strengthen health education,and provide convenient,safe and effective pain control strategies.
