摘　　要：科学研究是现代研究型大学的一个重要评价指标。研究型大学的科研体系,应该具有区别于教学型、教学研究型大学的制度设计、运行模式和政策措施。本文通过分析国内外高水平研究型大学的科研体系及其特征,从科研团队、独立研究机构、科研公共服务平台、科研国际化和服务社会重大需求等五个方面进行了系统的阐述,为构建研究型大学的科研体系和体制机制提供参考。Scientific research is an important evaluating indicator of the modern research university.System design,operation mode and policies of research-oriented universities should be distinguished from those of teaching-oriented and teaching research oriented universities. This paper,by analyzing the scientific research system and its characteristics of domestic and international high-level universities,elaborated the five aspects like professional research teams,independent institutes,research public platforms,internationalization of scientific research and social service,providing a reference for scientific research system and system design of research-oriented universities.
