摘　　要：纯系 Wistar 大鼠38只,皮下注射醋酸可的松25mg/次,2次/周,连用4周开始检查大鼠粪便涂片中隐孢子虫卵囊和肺印片中卡氏肺孢子虫包囊。结果表明,大鼠用药4周粪便即可检出隐孢子虫卵囊,11周时检出率最高。用药4周肺印片亦可检出卡氏肺孢子虫包囊,7—8周时全部大鼠均可检出。Thirty—eight Wistar rats were injected subcutaneously with 25mg of hybrocortisone acetate twice a week for 16 weeks.The immunosuppressed rats began to shed the cryptosporidium oocysts in feces the 4th week after the hydrocortisone acetate regimen,and the highest oocyst positive rate was found in the 11th week.The Pneumocystis carinii cysts were first found in the 4th week in lung impression smears,and all ani- mals became cyst—positive in the 7—8th week. Ten of the 38 rats were positive for Cryptosporidium oocysts and Pneumocystis carinii cysts simultaneous- ly.The highest double-infection rate of Cryptosporidium and Pneumocystis carinii was found in the 11th week.
