中德高校低年级护生对护理专业的认知及就业意愿的调查

摘　　要：目的：了解国内和德国两城市护理高校低年级（一年级和二年级）在校护生对护理专业的认知和就业意愿。方法采用自行设计的问卷进行调查，内容分为护生的一般资料、护生对护理专业的认知、护生对将来从事护理职业就业意愿。结果中国高校低年级本科护生的护理专业的认知水平低于德国高校低年级本科护生（P＜0.01），中国高校低年级护生对从事护理职业的就业前景是否看好的选择持平，但对于持续从事护理行业的意愿，国内低年级护生水平低于德国高校低年级本科护生（P＜0.01）。结论国内高校低年级护生对护理专业的认知及就业意愿明显低于德国高校低年级本科护生，国内高校的护理教育应该加强护生对护理专业的认知，有效地引导护生参加护理的职业意愿，避免将来护理人才的流失和短缺。Objective To understand career awareness and employee willingness of the low-grade nursing students （ first grade and second grade） in Sino-German nursing college, analyze enlightenment of Germany Nursing Education to us.Methods Using self-de-signed questionnaire, the questionnaire survey was divided into three sections： 1） general information of the nursing students;2） nursing students awareness of the nursing profession; 3 ） nursing students＇employment willingness in future.Results The low -grade nursing students awareness＇level of Chinese college was lower than that of Germany （P〈0.01）;the level of employment prospects in Chinese junior college nursing students was similar with Germany, but there was no significant difference （ P〉0.01） , but the willingness to continue in the nursing profession, the domestic low-grade nursing students were lower than those of Germany （P〈0.01） .Conclusions The awareness and employment willingness of domestic low-grade nursing college students are significantly lower than those of Germany, domestic nursing education should strengthen awareness of the nursing profession, effectively guiding the nursing students to participate in nursing professional to avoid the loss and shortage of nursing talents in future.
