护理管理措施防控医院感染的主成分分析和效果评价

摘　　要：目的：为了明确护理管理措施在防控医院感染中的作用，通过主成分分析探寻措施并实施干预和效果评价。方法针对我院2011年医院感染发生率增高的情况，对我院护理人员进行问卷调查，利用主成分分析明确主要的护理措施，对筛选出的措施实施干预。收集2013年的院内感染率和环境卫生检测合格率等数据与2011年、2012年进行比较，对干预措施进行效果评价。结果主成分分析显示有4项主要的措施在防控医院感染中累积贡献率达到71.95％。通过强化这些干预措施，2013年的院内感染率为4.5％，环境卫生检测合格率82.41％，优于2011年和2012年，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论针对不同医院的特殊情况，可以利用主成分分析探寻有针对性的护理管理措施，对于防控医院感染效果良好，避免了护理管理措施的盲目性。Objective To have a clear sign of hospital infection prevention and control management measures in the role of princi-pal component analysis to explore measures to intervene and effect evaluation.Methods For incidence of hospital infection case in our hos-pital increased in 2011, questionnaires were carried out for the nurses in our hospital.The principal component analysis was used for identif-ying the main care measures, the measures for the implementation of screening interventions.The hospital infection and environmental hy-giene inspection pass rate and other data were collected in 2013 and compared with 2011 and 2012 to evaluate the effects of interven-tions.Results Principal component analysis showed four major hospital infection prevention and control measures in the cumulative contribu-tion rate of 71.95%.By strengthening these interventions, hospital infection rate in 2013 was 4.5%, sanitation test pass rate was 82.41%, better than in 2011 and 2012, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusions For the special case of different hospi-tals, principal component analysis may be used to explore some nursing care management measures, which have a good effect on the preven-tion and control of hospital infection, to avoid the blindness of nursing management practices.
