摘　　要：建筑是我国当前的能耗大户,建筑节能也是"十二五"节能减排规划的重要组成部分。介绍建筑节能产业的宏观背景,分析近年来我国针对建筑节能出台的相关政策及要点。在对建筑能耗特点进行总结的基础上,进一步介绍建筑节能的主要技术,尤其侧重于合同能源管理及其在建筑节能领域的应用。对我国建筑节能的发展进行了总结和展望。Nowadays,building is a major energy consumer in China,building energy conservation is an important part of the emission reduction in ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂. The paper describes the macro background of building energy conservation,analyzes policies of China in recent years for building energy conservation and its key points,based on the characteristics of the building energy consumption,introducing the main building energy technology and energy management contract,summarizes the building energy conservation＇s development and prospects.
