摘　　要：以钢板筒仓大豆存储为例,找出存储过程中粮食(大豆)板结成因,并提出相应的预防板结与板结破结方案,并在港口进行实际应用,解决大豆存储板结的问题,提高钢板筒仓的利用率。Taken the steel silo soybean storage as an example, the specific causes of grain（soybean） hardening during the storage are put forward. Solutions to the hardening prevention and fracture are put forward. Some application achievements are made.Compared with the similar ones, the project presents more advanced technology and improves the efficiency of steel silo soybean storage.
