健脾益气合剂治疗下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益气合剂治疗下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证的临床疗效。方法将180例下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,各60例。对照1组予常规中西医结合治疗,治疗组和对照2组在常规治疗的基础上分别予健脾益气合剂和双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察干预前及干预后下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证发生及改善情况,综合评价3组对下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证发生及改善的综合疗效。结果下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证发生率治疗组与对照1组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照2组与对照1组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健脾益气合剂对于下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染未合并脾虚证的患儿,能够预防下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚证的发生;对于下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染合并脾虚证的患儿,能够改善下呼吸道肺炎支原体感染后脾虚症状,增强患儿治疗的依从性,促进疾病更快痊愈。Objective To investigate the effect of mixture for invigorating spleen and supplementing qi on the lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with spleen - deficiency syndrome. Methods 180 chil- dren patients with the lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were randomly divided into three groups, treatment group, control group One and control group Two, 60 cases in each group. Control group One re- ceived conventional treatment. Control group Two received Bifidobacterium lactobacillus sanlian living bacterium on the basis of conventional treatment. Treatment group Two received mixture for invigorating spleen and supplementing qi on the basis of conventional treatment. The appearance of spleen deficiency and improvement situation after pneu- monia mycoplasma infection of lower respiratory tract were observed before and after the intervention. Comprehensive therapeutic effect for appearance of spleen deficiency and improvement situation after pneumonia mycoplasma infection of lower respiratory tract were evaluated in three groups. Resuils There was significant difference between treatment group and control One on the improvement of spleen deficiency after pneumonia mycoplasma infection of lower respira- tory tract （ P 〈0.01 ）. There was no difference between treatment group and control group Two on the improvement of spleen deficiency after pneumonia mycoplasma infection of lower respiratory tract （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was signifi- cant difference between control group Two and control group One （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Mixture for invigorating spleen and supplementing qi on the children patients with the lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with spleen - deficiency syndrome Can prevent lower respiratory pneumonia myeoplasma infection after the occurrence of spleen deficiency ; For lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection combined with spleen deficiency, it can improve the lower respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with sp
