滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调临床疗效。方法将120例黄体功能不足性月经失调患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予滋肾调冲汤治疗,对照组60例予西医常规治疗。2组均治疗3个月经周期,观察2组治疗前后月经情况、中医症状积分、黄体中期孕酮(P)水平、高温相评分(HPS)及基础体温高温相时间。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医症状积分均降低(P<0.05),黄体中期P、HPS评分均升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后黄体中期P、HPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后基础体温高温相时间均延长(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后基础体温高温相时间长于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of nourishing kidney and regulating the thoroughfare vessel decoction on the treatment of menstrual disorder with inadepuate luteal function. Methods 120 cases of menstrual disorder with inadepuate luteal function were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in treatment group were re- ceived nourishing kidney and regulating the thoroughfare vessel decoction. 60 cases in control group were received conventional western medicine treatment. The courses were three menstrual cycles in two groups. Menstruation situa- t tion, Chinese medicine symptom integral, corpus luteum mid level of progesterone （P）, high temperature phase score i HPS） and the basal body temperature high temperature phase time were observed in two groups. Results The clin- ical effect in treatment group was more than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Chinese medicine symptom integrals after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Corpus luteum mid level of P and HPS after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Chinese medicine symptom integrals after treatment in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Corpus luteum mid level of P and HPS after treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The basal body temperature high temperature phase time af- ter treatment was lengthened in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nourishing kidney and regulatilag the thoroughfare vessel decoction has definite effect on the treatment of menstrual disorder with in- adepuate luteal function.
