田基黄注射液联合结肠透析治疗高黄疸型病毒性肝炎56例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察田基黄注射液联合结肠透析治疗高黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将106例高黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为2组。2组均予一般治疗,治疗组56例加用田基黄注射液2 mL,每日1次肌肉注射,联合全结肠透析,每周5次。对照组50例加用门冬氨酸钾镁20 mL,每日1次静脉滴注。2组均治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后肝功能指标[包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)及血清白蛋白(Alb)]变化、症状和体征复常率及临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后ALT、AST、TBiL均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Alb与本组治疗前及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组乏力、纳差、腹胀及尿黄复常率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组肝区叩痛复常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论田基黄注射液联合结肠透析治疗高黄疸型病毒性肝炎疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hypericum combined with colon dialysis on viral hep- atitis with high jaundice. Methods 106 patients with viral hepatitis with high jaundice were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two, groups were treated by general treatment. 56 cases in treatment group were treated by hype- ricum（2 mL, once -daily muscle injection） combined with colon dialysis for five times a week. 56 patients in control group received potassium magnesium aspartate（ 20 mL, once -daily muscle injection）. The course was four weeks in two groups. The changes of liver function index （ ALT, AST, TBiL and Alb） before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Recovery rate of signs and symptoms and clinical curative effect were observed. Results ALT, AST, TBiL after treatment were reduced in two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and decrease of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. There was no difference between two groups on Alb after treatment（ P 〉0.05 ）. The recovery rate of fatigue , anorexia, abdominal distension and dark urine in treatment group was higher than that in con- trol group（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance between two groups on the recovery rate of liver area knoc- king pain（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The Curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Hypericum combined with colon dialysis has definite effect on viral hepatitis with high jaundice.
