摘 要:对往复式压缩机出口管道存在的振动故障进行了分析,基于振动特性方程,利用Ansys参数化编程建立了复原现场的有限元数值模型,在此基础上进行了有限元模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了管系的前20阶固有频率和各激振倍频下的振动位移值。同时提出了修改系统刚度的振动控制方案,经计算验证发现,改造后管道固有频率有所提高,能有效避开原共振频率,并对改造后可能出现的共振倍频进行了谐响应分析,发现改造后管道系统振动能量趋于均匀,管系振幅明显降低。In this present research, the vibration fault of reciprocating compressor outlet pipeline was analyzed based on the equation characteristics, and the finite element numerical model of recovery site was established by using the Ansys parametric language. On the basis of the finite element modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, we get the first 20 order natural frequency and the vibration frequency vibration displacement of this system. At the same time we propose a control scheme modifying the system. Through the computation, it is found that the natural frequency of the pipeline has increased after the transform, which can avoid the resonance frequency effectively. The harmonic response analysis for the resonance ratio that may occur after the transformation indicates that the vibration energy of pipeline system tends to be uniform, and the piping amplitude reduces obviously.
