摘 要:针对塔河油田95/8"套管流经电机速度慢,机组散热难及普通导流罩稀稠油混配不均的问题,开展了全密封导流罩技术研究。结果表明,全密封导流罩可提高流速23倍,成功解决机组散热难题。通过优化管柱组合,提高稀稠油混配效果,稀稠比下降0.1,异常停机下降5%,确保电泵平稳运行,延长电泵运行寿命。When electric submersible pump (ESP) is used for 95/8" casing in Tahe oilfield, such problems occur that the flowing velocity through motor is slow, and the motor cooling is hard, and the ordinary shroud is not good at mixing thin oil and heavy oil. To solve these problems, re- search of a sealed shroud has been carried out. On-site test shows the flowing velocity can be increased 23 times using a sealed shroud, which has successfully resolved the problem of motor cooling. By optimizing pipe string combination and improving the mixed effect of thin oil and heavy oil, the ratio of thin oil to heavy oil decreased 0.1 and abnormal shut down decreased 5 %, which has ensured steady operation of ESP and prolonged operation life.
