摘  要:介绍了对一种基于硅光电二极管的中子个人剂量仪的能量响应性能分析,用MCNP程序分别计算了不同厚度及不同能量下含5%10B塑料闪烁体探测器的能量响应,选择了探测单元的最佳尺寸,从计算结果看,中子能量相同时,其能量响应随着厚度的增加而增加,在热中子能区,探测单元厚度从0.5 cm增加到1.0 cm时,能量响应增幅约45%,从1.0 cm增加到1.5 cm时,能量响应增幅约为13%,厚度继续增加能量响应增幅不明显,考虑便携性和经济性选择1.5 cm为其最佳厚度。Analyzing of the energy response of a Silicon PIN diodes neutron personal dosimeter was introduced. The energy response of the plastic scintillation detector which contains 5%10B of different thickness and different energy was calculated by MCNP,and the optimum size of the detection unit was chosen. The results indicate that when the neutron energy is the same,the energy response increases as the thickness increases,and in the thermal energy region,the detection unit thickness increases from 0. 5 cm to 1. 0cm,and energy response is risen by about 45%,from 1. 0cm to 1. 5cm,and the energy response is risen by about 13%,and energy response's increasing is not obvious when the thickness continues to increase,considering the portability and economy,and 1. 5 cm is the optimum thickness.
