摘 要:为探讨中国穿山甲肾脏的大体解剖和组织结构,掌握其生理功能,为其人工饲养提供理论依据,采用常规大体解剖方法和苏木精-伊红(H-E)染色技术对穿山甲肾脏进行研究。结果表明:中国穿山甲肾脏呈浅棕红色,为表面光滑的多乳头肾,其平均纵径(44.00±0.34)mm,平均横径(26.00±0.87)mm,单肾平均重(20.00±0.33)g;肾被膜为双层的纤维膜,相对于豪猪中国穿山甲肾实质中肾小体数量少而且小,肾血管球较小而肾小囊腔相对较大,肾小管数量相对较多。中国穿山甲的肾属低等哺乳动物肾,其肾血管球过滤形成原尿的功能较低而肾小管重吸收和分泌作用较强。In order to investigate the anatomy and histology of kidney ofManis pentadactylaand as-sess its physiological characteristics for providing information to assist artificial feedingManis pentadactyla.The anatomical method and paraffin section techniques were used to study the morphology ofthe kidney. The results showed that the kidney was reddish-brown kidney with multiple renal papillaand smooth surface. The average weight of single kidney was(20.00±0.33) g, with renal length of(44.00±0.34) mm and biparietal diameter of(6.00±0.87) mm. Morphological observation showedsmaller glomeruluses, less density and reduced average diameter of renal corpuscles, but increasedsize of renal capsules′ cavities and more renal tubules in the kidneys of theManis pentadactylacom-pared to those in other mammals, suggesting correspondingly low productivity of initial urine byglo-meruluses and high urinal reabsorption and secretion by renal tubules. These characteristics indica-ted that the kidney of theManis pentadactylawas belong to that of lower mammals.
