区域城镇体系职能结构协调发展:判定方法与路径选择

摘　　要：在综合回顾区位商法、结构统计分析法等描述区域城镇体系职能结构的理论和方法基础上,确定以区分城镇经济活动的基本部分/非基本部分为基础的职能结构判定方法。依托具体案例剖析城镇职能类型的系统聚类分组及类别划分,依据城镇优势职能和突出职能指标,分析各个城镇的职能类型解释定名,提出各个城镇职能协调发展的路径选择。首先,根据各个城镇的现有条件和经济发展职能基础,确定其主体经济发展优势;其次,依此确定各个城镇的优势产业部门和城镇优势职能;再次,确定与主导优势产业部门密切关联的产业部门,明确城镇突出职能;最后,协调各个城镇的自身和其所在区域的优势,建成结构合理的区域城镇职能体系。Based on several methods like location quotient, statistic analysis and so on, this paper defines judgment method of regional urban system. Relying on specific cases, the article distinguishes the type of urban functions, and analyzes their explanations and development path according to urban functions and highlight functional indicators. Firstly, urban areas should detenine the principal economic development advantages according to the existing conditions and the economic development functions; Secondly, we should determine the superior industry sector and its closely related sectors and urban advantageous functions to specify the prominent functions of towns; Finally, we should coordinate the urban areas＇ advantages to constitute a reasonable system of regional urban functions.
