摘  要:关键工序施工效率的提高是降低工序成本的重要环节。QC小组成员开展技术改进工作,对影响关键工序——混凝土灌注桩钢筋笼施工(以下简称"钢筋笼施工")速度的原因进行逐层分析,找到问题的症结是"下放钢筋笼时间长"。针对主要原因制定对策、分别实施,使施工速度比对策实施前提高了34%,保证了工程的按期完成,有效控制了工序成本,圆满实现了小组目标。Improvement of crucial process construction efficiency is an important part of reducing procedure cost. QC team members carry out technical improvement work. Reasons affecting construction speed of key procedure—cast-in-place concrete pile concrete reinforcement cage( hereinafter referred to as ‘reinforcement cage construction') is analyzed layer by layer. Cause of problem is discovered,namely ‘duration of placing reinforcement cage is too long '. Policies are formulated aiming at main reasons,which are respectively implemented. The construction speed ratio is improved by 34%compared with that before policy implementation,thereby ensuring completion of the project on schedule effectively controlling procedure cost,and smoothly realizing team objectives.
