阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法对脑卒中患者下肢平衡功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法对脑卒中干预,观察下肢平衡功能变化。方法:将100例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与针刺组,各50例。对照组采用基础治疗,未作其他相关的康复治疗,针刺组在基础治疗基础上,采用阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗。于治疗前、治疗后28天,应用B-PHY型平衡功能检测训练系统进行检测:轨迹长、外周面积、单位面积轨迹长、左右偏移、矩形面积、体重分布系数和稳定性系数。结果:两组治疗前后比较,平衡轨迹参数、稳定性系数、体重分布系数均有改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,矩形面积、轨迹长、外周面积、单位面积轨迹长、左右偏移稳定性系数、体重分布系数,针刺组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法可有效提高脑卒中患者下肢平衡功能。Objective： To investigate the effect on balance function of Yin- yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing- reducing with patients＇ respiration on lower limb function in patients after stroke. Methods： 100 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was with traditional techniques of needling Yin- yang meridians by reinforcing- reducing with patients＇ respiration,and both groups were based on the madopar treatment. All patients were assessed with balance system at the beginning of the training and 28 days after treatment. Results： Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yin- yang meridians acupuncture by reinforcing- reducing for patients＇ respiration can improve the balance function.
