摘　　要：目的:验证电针阴部神经刺激疗法治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:应用开放型单相序贯检验,观察纳入的51例重度压力性尿失禁患者。结果:研究至18例时,实验线已穿过上界,结论为有效。结论:电针阴部神经刺激疗法治疗重度压力性尿失禁近期有显著性疗效,值得推广。Objective： To verify the clinical effectiveness of electro- acupuncture stimulation in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. Methods： Open single- phasesequential test was applied to observe the 51 enlisted patients with severe SUI. Results： The value of the 18 thpatient exceeded the upper bound,which proved the effectiveness of electro- acupuncture stimulation. Conclusion： Electro- acupuncture stimulation has a short-term effectiveness in the treatment of severe SUI.
