摘 要:目的:观察不同剂量硫酸镁对利多卡因致小鼠惊厥及学习记忆障碍作用的影响。方法32只小鼠随机分为4组:生理盐水组( NS组)、利多卡因+生理盐水组( LN组)、利多卡因+50 mg/kg硫酸镁组( LM50组)、利多卡因+200 mg/kg硫酸镁组( LM200组),腹腔注射药物后记录小鼠惊厥反应,并用跳台实验观察其对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果与LN组比较,LM50、LM200组小鼠惊厥潜伏期均延长(P<0.05),持续时间均缩短(P<0.05),且小鼠跳台错误次数均减少(P<0.05),跳台潜伏期均延长(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁可在拮抗利多卡因致小鼠惊厥作用的同时,改善其对小鼠学习记忆障碍的不良影响。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of magnesium sulfate on lidocacine -induced con-vulsion, learning and memory in mice .Methods Thirty-two mice were randomly divided into four groups , according to various agents they were intraperitoneally injected , namely normal saline ( Group NS ) , lidocaine +normal saline (Group LN), lidocaine +50 mg/kg magnesium sulfate (Group LM50) and lidocaine +200 mg/kg magnesium sulfate (Group LM200).Then, convulsion was recorded in mice , while the resultants effects on learning and memory were ob-served using the step -down test.Results Compared with group LN , groups LM50 and LM200 presented extended latency time (P〈0.05), shorter duration (P〈0.05), and less errors but longer latency time in the step -down test (P〈0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can antagonize lidocaine -induced convulsion, while improves the adverse effects on learning and memory in mice .
