摘　　要：文章简单介绍了在井下记录仪的作用原理,重点介绍记录仪中使用的Flash K9K8G08UOM存储器的功能、特性和操作指令,硬件电路连接图,分析了K9K8G08UOM的各种工作状态,并编写了相应的时序程序流程,最后结合GUI上位机显示软件,对Flash中存储的数据进行回放,验证测试程序的正确性。该大容量高速度的存储器的应用解决了旋转导向钻井中大量数据存储的问题。This paper briefly describes the role of the principle of downhole logger, focusing on analysis Flash K9K8G08 UOM memory recorder＇ function, features and operating instructions, hardware circuit connection diagram, analyzing various working conditions K9K8G08 UOM and preparing the appropriate timing program flow, and finally combining PC software programed by GUIreappearethe data stored in Flash playback, verify the correctness of the test program. The large-capacity high-speed memory applications is to solve a large number of rotary steerable drilling data storage problems.
