β-MnO_2的合成及其对甲基橙的吸附性能研究

摘  要:用氨水、硫酸锰、双氧水做反应物通过水热法制得了纳米MnO2.采用XRD、SEM等手段对其进行表征.结果表明:产物为β-MnO2,其形貌为纳米棒.合成过程中若加入添加剂硫酸铵,产物形貌会略有变化.同时考察了不同制备条件下所得样品对甲基橙的吸附性能,结果表明:加入添加剂后制得的二氧化锰的吸附性能增强.Ammonia,manganese sulphate and hydrogen peroxide were used as raw materials to prepare nanostructured manganese dioxides by hydrothermal reaction. The structure of the products was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the synthetic product was β-MnO2 and its morphology was nanorods. If ammonium sulfate as additive was added during the process,the morphology of product would be a little different. Meanwhile,the adsorption property of the products that were prepared under the different conditions was studied,too.The adsorption result to methyl orange indicated that the product had better adsorption property after the additive was added to the reaction system.
