哈大齐城市密集区空间联系演变特征——基于东北振兴战略实施前后的视角

摘　　要：鉴于空间联系研究的系统性与复杂性,利用中心职能指数、经济联系强度模型、地缘经济关系模型和可达性模型综合测度东北振兴战略实施前后哈大齐城市密集区空间联系的演变特征,研究表明:哈大齐城市密集区不同等级城市的中心职能指数相差悬殊,整体分化趋势明显,东北振兴战略实施前后,除大庆、齐齐哈尔中心职能指数呈衰减态势,其余城市均呈上升趋势;哈大齐城际经济联系量均有所提升,但城市间内部联系强度差异明显、对外联系程度不均衡特性显著;振兴战略实施前,哈尔滨主要经济联系方向为大庆、绥化和肇东,振兴战略实施后,对外经济联系方向有从大庆向绥化转移的倾向;哈齐地缘经济关系呈现竞争性由弱变强的趋势,哈大互补型地缘经济关系变化趋势不明显,哈绥地缘经济关系呈现互补性由弱变强的趋势;东北振兴战略实施前后各城市间经济潜力值变化较大,可达性增加率均在230%上下,哈大齐城市走廊空间极化现象得到进一步提升。With the complicated evolution of regional structure and form, spatial linkages are important progress of integration between city and region, region and region. It is also the basic progress and core problem in study of Urban Geography. In view of systemic and complexity of spatial linkages＇ study, we use centrality index, the intensity of economic linkages model, geo-economic relations model and accessibility model to measure evolution characteristics of spatial linkages. The results show： the centrality index among cities differs greatly in Ha-Da-Qi City Concentrated Area and the trend of whole differentiation is obvious. Before and after the implementation of strategy of Northeast revitalization, the centrality index of Daqing and Qiqihar presents the attenuation trend. The rest of cities present the increasing trend. The intercity economic linkages of Ha- Da- Qi have improved, but the differences of internal relationships among cities are obvious. The imbalance characteristics of outside contact degree are significant. Before the implementation of strategy, the economic linkages direction of Harbin is Daqing, Suihua and Zhaodong. After the implementation of strategy, the economic linkages direction of Harbin tends to shift from Daqing to Suihua. The geoeconomic relations of Harbin-Qiqihar present competitive trend from weaker to stronger. The geo-economic relations of Harbin- Daqing present unobvious complementary trend. The geo- economic relations of Harbin- Suihua present complementary trend from weaker to stronger. The economic potential values among cities change significantly and the increasing rate of accessibility is about 230%. The spatial polarization phenomenon of Ha-Da-Qi will further improve.
