摘 要:为了测定玻璃钢油管的静态、动态力学性能和耐温性能,通过室温和井温条件下的拉伸试验得到了玻璃钢油管在室温和井温下的极限抗拉强度和轴向弹性模量,通过测定应力循环失效次数进行了油管螺纹疲劳试验。结果表明,酸酐类玻璃钢油管比芳香胺类玻璃钢油管在强度方面更适合井下采油管柱;螺纹失效与应力幅的大小有关,交变应力越大,油管螺纹越容易失效;在同样的交变应力下,井下高温环境比常温下螺纹更容易失效。通过井下耐温试验得到了玻璃化转变温度Tg、树脂流失量和强度保留率随使用温度变化的关系,得出了酸酐类、芳香胺类玻璃钢油管在井下长期服役的最高温度。试验结果对玻璃钢油管的现场应用具有较好的指导意义。In order to determine the static,dynamic mechanical properties and heat resistance of the FRP tubings,experiments are simulated at room temperature and down-hole high temperature conditions,the ultimate tensile strength and axial elastic modulus at room temperature and down-hole high temperature are gained through tensile experiment.The conclusion is that the anhydride type FRP tubing is more suitable for the downhole oil pumping strings than aromatic amine type FRP tubing in strength.The following conclusion is obtained through thread fatigue experiment that the thread failure is related to stress amplitude,the larger the alternating stress is,the easier the failure in induced in the tubing thread,under the same alternating stress,thread failure is more easier to be caused at down-hole high temperature than that at room temperature.Through the down-hole heat resistance experiment,the correlation of glass transition temperature Tg,resin loss rate and strength retention rate changing with the temperature changes is obtained.It is obtained that the highest temperature of long service of acid anhydride,aromatic amine type FRP tubings in downhole conditions.The experimental results provide a guidance for field application of FRP tubings.
