摘 要:从影响残障大学参与体育教育课程的内因和外因2个方面分析了阻碍我国残障大学生体育教育执行功能的因素,并提出了几点解决残障大学生体育教育执行的对策:教师和同学们要以比平常更为耐心的态度去帮助残障学生,营造良好的运动环境;国家以及相关教育部门要引起高度重视,联合高校实际出台一系列政策和文件,完善高校残障学生体育教育制度;高校在进行体育教育人才培养的时候,应将特殊教育课程纳入考虑范围;把残疾人体育指导员、志愿者纳入到高校残障大学生群体体育教育系统中,作为教师教学系统的辅助系统;建立科学的残障大学生群体体育考核与评价系统;设立残障学生专项基金等。From two aspects of internal and external factors affecting the disabled students to participate in physical education curriculum in universities,the function factors of performing physical education to the college and university students with disabilities are analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed to solve the problem of physical education to students with disabilities,which include the teachers and students should give them more help and create a good environment of sports activities,the government and relevant education departments should pay great attention to their education,combined with actual situation a series of policies and documents should be issued to improve the college physical education system for students with disabilities;when a training is given to the physical education personnel,special education courses should be taken into consideration,the disabled sports instructors,volunteers should be taken into a physical education system of students of with disabilities,these should taken as the auxiliary system in the teaching system;a scientific examination and evaluation system should be established for disabled students and a special funds should also be established for the students with disabilities.
