老年性痴呆病人照顾者负担及干预措施研究进展

摘　　要：综述了老年性痴呆病人照顾者负担的现状、影响因素以及国内外为减轻照顾者负担所采取的干预措施。我国对照顾者的干预大多还停留在对照顾者实施健康指导层面,建议以后的研究可以从影响照顾者负担的因素入手,建立融状况评估(包括病人与照顾者)、心理教育、技能指导、环境调节、社会支持系统(照顾者协会、社区暂息照顾)等方面为一体的符合我国国情的针对老年性痴呆病人照顾者的综合干预模式。It reviewed the status quo,influencing factors of burden of senile dementia patients＇ caregivers and the interventions that were taken to reduce the caregivers＇ burden at home and in abroad.The interventions at caregivers in our country mostly remained at the level of implementing health guidance for the caregivers.It suggested that the future reasearch can start from the influencing factors of the caregivers＇ burden,establish a comprehensive intervention model that consists of the financial situation assessment（including patients and caregivers）,psychological education,skill guidance,environmental regulation,social support system（caregiver association,community respite care）and other aspects,the intervention model is in accordance with the Chinese conditions and for the caregivers of Alzheimer＇s disease patients.
