“经济新常态”历史唯物主义方法论蕴涵——基于《共产党宣言》之现代性批判方法论分析

摘　　要："经济新常态"一提出就引起了普遍关注,但只有在"马克思现代性批判思想"的高度,才能看到这一范畴是历史唯物主义方法论中国化的时代表达。历史唯物主义强调现实是历史的出发点,落脚到世俗世界的世俗结构和世俗存在,这就是"经济"这一现实之根;历史唯物主义强调现代社会"一切坚固的东西都烟消云散"的流变特质,"新"是对基于"人类发展历史时间空间坐标"之辩证思维方法的强调;历史唯物主义强调"生成历史"的内在逻辑和规律性,"常态"是在"流变世界寻求确定性"之马克思独特"历史理性"方法的自觉运用。习近平总书记精准地抓住了历史唯物主义方法论的基本原则和内核,并且进行时代化中国化通俗化的语言范式转换,因此,"经济新常态"由于具有历史唯物主义方法论深刻蕴含而高屋建瓴。＂Economic new normal＂is proposed and caused widespread concern,but only on the height of Marx modernity critique thought,we could see this category is the era and china expression of historical materialism methodology. Historical materialism highlights the reality is the starting point of the history and which worldly existence comes to the secular structure of the secular world,what means the＂economy＂is the root of the reality; Historical materialism supposed that＂all that is solid rheological characteristics disappear in smoke＂in modern society,so＂new＂is the emphasis on the method of dialectic thinking based on the history of human development time space coordinate; historical materialism emphasizes the inner logic and law of history,＂normal＂is consciously apply and highlights of the Marx＇ s unique＂historical rationality＂of historical materialism,which is the method to seek certainty in rheological world. Xi Jinping president precised caught the methodology principle and the kernel of historical materialism,and conversion it according to the era and the paradigm Chinese popularization language. Therefore,＂economic new normal＂is profound and insightful formulation,which due to has the methodology implication of historical materialism.
