摘　　要：高校科研管理服务平台本着"服务"与"管理"并重的理念进行设计构建.在系统的规划建设过程中,以面向用户服务为导向,深化对科研项目的全过程管理和科研经费的精细化管理,为科研绩效评价和决策支持提供支撑,构建了一个以人为本的科研服务体系,提升了科研管理和服务的水平.The construction of college research management and service platform requires paying attention to both service and management.Based on the user-oriented service,we focused the whole-process management of research projects and the fine management of research funds.The platform provides basis for performance evaluation of research,supports decision-making.So that a people-oriented research service system is constructed and it enhances the level of management and service of research.
