经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择在该院接受治疗的84例耐多药肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规化疗的对照组以及在化疗基础上加入支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗的观察组,各42例。比较两组患者的痰菌转阴情况、T细胞亚群水平和IFN-γ与IL-4水平等差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后各个时期的痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的血清IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗可以增强治疗效果,提升患者免疫力,是一种有效的治疗方式。【Objective】To analyze the effect of bronchoscopy local injections on patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and immune function. 【Methods】84 cases of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis were chosen as research object, randomly divided into control group with conventional chemotherapy treatment, and observation group with bronchoscopy local injections treatment. The sputum bacteria overcast conditions, levels of T cell subgroup, IFN-γ and IL-4 levels of two groups were compared.【Results】The sputum bacterium turning negative rate in various periods in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋in observation group were higher than that in control group, CD8＋level was lower（P〈0.05）. The levels of IFN-γ in observation group were higher, and the IL-4 levels were lower（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】The assisted therapy under bronchoscope local injections can enhance the treatment effect, improve patients＇ immunity.
