摘　　要：目的探讨经皮顺行途径软输尿管镜下钬激光治疗移植肾结石的临床疗效。方法收集该院泌尿外科2009年6月-2013年6月收治的9例移植肾结石患者为研究对象,均行经皮肾造瘘软输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗的移植肾肾结石。结果 9例患者均顺利完成一期手术,未出现大出血、感染性休克。9例均术后出现肉眼血尿,3 d后尿液颜色正常。4例术后肌酐一过性升高,3 d后降至正常。所有病例结石一次取净,无结石残留。9例患者均随访12个月,未见结石复发,移植肾功能正常。结论经皮肾造瘘软输尿管镜下钬激光治疗移植肾肾结石具有创伤小、效果好等特点,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】 To explore the curative effect of transplanted kidney stones under percutaneous antegrade flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy. 【Methods】Collected 9 patients in our hospital urological department in June 2009 ~June 2013 were treated transplanted kidney stones as the research object. They all underwent percutaneous antegrade flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for transplanted kidney stones.【Results】Nine patients were successfully completed operation, none of them were shown bleeding and septic shock.9 cases were shown postoperative gross hematuria, and became normal color 3 days later. Four cases were shown transient increase in serum creatinine, and became normal 3 days later. All cases were stones completely extracted.Nine patients were followed up for 12 months, no recurrence of stones, renal function was normal. 【Conclusion】Percutaneous antegrade flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for transplanted kidney stones is worthy of clinical application with less trauma and better effect.
