摘　　要：梳理了常熟水利枢纽加固改造工程建设管理中的主要特点,分析了改造过程中基坑降排水、护坦大面积冲坑处理以及新老混凝土结合面防渗处理的三大技术难点,结合加固改造过程中现场管理、施工组织和优化控制等方面的实际情况,总结了保证常熟水利枢纽加固改造工程安全顺利完成的经验体会,为同类大型加固工程建设提供借鉴。With an introduction of the project features of Changshu Water Conservancy Complex, the paper analyzes three major technical difficulties including foundation draining, scour treatment of apron and seepage control about junction surface of the new and old concrete. Practical situations of on-site management, construction organization and optimized control are introduced. Their efforts contribute to setting up a good example for the other similar projects in China by summarizing experiences of the construction of main body of Changshu Water Conservancy Complex Strengthening Project.
