摘  要:随着科学技术的进步,航空相机向着高分辨率、大视场方向发展,现有单片CCD不能满足大视场的要求,高精度、多自由度的CCD拼接技术已成为当前发展的迫切需求。通过对比现有拼接技术的优劣,提出了一种新的大面阵CCD多自由度机械交错拼接技术,采用三点凸轮式多自由度拼接机构,取代传统修磨垫片方式,拼接时可在线实时调整。对拼接精度进行分析,结果表明,该方法的搭接误差<2μm,共面误差<4μm,满足航空相机大视场和高分辨率要求;对拼接结构进行模态仿真分析与模态测试实验,拼接机构一阶谐振频率大于390 Hz,满足使用要求。With the rapid development of relative technologies, the aero-cameras are developing in the direction of high resolution and large field of view. The existing CCDs cannot meet the requirement of large field of view. So, high-precision, multi-degree of freedom stitching technology has become an urgent demand for the current development. By comparing existing stitching technology, a multiple degrees of freedom mechanical interleaving stitching method which was different from traditional mechanical stitching and optical stitching methods were designed. The multiple degrees of freedom stitching machine with three points of cam was used to replace the traditional way of adjusting shims. So stitching can be adjusted in real time online. The analysis result shows that the method has a stitching error of less than 2 μm, a coplanar error of less than 5 μm. It can meet the imaging requirement of the camera. Modal simulation and modal experiment show that the resonant frequency of the structure of the first order is greater than 390 Hz, it can meet the requirements.
