摘　　要：目的了解广州市性工作者和嫖客对性病、艾滋病的认知情况和行为特征,为开展针对性的健康教育和行为干预提供基础数据。方法选取广州市公安局收容教育所1 183名收教学员进行匿名、自填问卷调查。结果性工作者和嫖客性病艾滋病总知晓率为77.1%,其中,基本知识知晓率为73.6%,安全套使用和安全性行为知识知晓率为83.1%。88.0%的性工作者承认有过商业性性行为,商业性性行为中每次都使用安全套的比例为82.7%。81.5%的性工作者有过非嫖客性伴,28.0%有2个及以上性伴,与性伴每次都使用安全套的比例只有46.2%。15.9%的性工作者和嫖客曾患过性病,2.8%患过2种性病,20.5%曾经出现分泌物增多、排尿疼痛或烧灼感、皮肤破损或增生物等下身不舒服表现,84.3%在下身不舒服时会选择到正规医院或性病防治机构就诊。结论性工作者和嫖客性病艾滋病知晓水平及安全套使用频率仍需进一步提高,感染性病艾滋病的危险行为因素仍然存在,开展针对性的健康教育和行为干预是当务之急。Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior of STDs / AIDS among female sex workers（ FSWs） and their clients in Guangzhou so as to provide the basic data for pertinent health education and behavior intervention. Methods A total of 1183 FSWs and their clients were selected from Guangzhou Reeducation Center to fill out an anonymous,self-administered questionnaire. Results The overall awareness rate of FSWs and their clients was 77. 1%,in which the awareness rate of basic knowledge was 73. 6% and awareness rate of condom-using and safe-sex 83. 1%. A proportion of 88. 0% of the FSWs admitted to having commercial sex,of whom 82. 7% using condom every time in commercial sex and 81. 5% of the FSWs had non-client sexual partners,among whom 28. 0% had two or more sexual partners,and only 46. 2 % used condom every time with their sexual partners. Overall,15. 9 % of the subjects had suffered from STDs, and 2. 8 % had suffered from two kinds of disease. A proportion of20. 5 % had certain uncomfortable symptoms such as increased secretion, painful or burning urination,skin damage or puffiness, etc.; of which 84. 3 %chose to regular hospitals or STD prevention and control institutions for treatment when feeling uncomfortable. Conclusion The STDs / AIDS knowledge and condom- using rate among FSWs and their clients need to be further improved. The risk behavior factors of STDs / AIDS infection still exist and thus it is urgent to carry out targeted health education and behavioral intervention among them.
